The original screw with the square socket cannot be used with an original part or with other manufacturers inserted into the square hole provided because the roller is in the way. Here, too, a serious installation problem was solved. With an original part (no longer produced) as well as with other manufacturers, this spare part often causes great difficulties during installation, as it usually cannot be installed. The main reason for this is corrosion on the existing gate at home. Since competing products are simply an absolute copy of the original part, these manufacturers have also adopted the very precisely (too precisely) manufactured semi-circular centering balances of the original part. However, these almost never simply fit into the existing counterpart on the gate, since due to their construction they no longer fit even with the slightest dirt and corrosion. As a result, you either cannot install the part at all or can only screw it on very diagonally and out of place! Here, the hard-to-reach places on the gate would have to be painstakingly reworked. - Also bad design!
We solve this problem with a design change! Our model has two slightly different bulges on the roller plate instead of the too precise bulges smaller selected threaded bolt, which guarantees effortless in the counterpart glide on the gate and, thanks to the thread structure, cling to the counterpart! ✔
